Looks like you're missing the kdewidgets plugin for Qt Designer or it's not 
found. This plugin is part of kdelibs and if uic can't find it compilation of 
Kopete will fail.

(Thank god KDE 3.2 will add a configure check for that, maybe we should 
backport it to Kopete...)
