These two can become global, as well as stuff like autoconnect, but we don't 
have a way to add per-plugin settings on the Kopete level yet. I want to 
write a new 'accounts' dialog when we add identity support, after which 
you'll get this for free.

I wouldn't spend any time on it for now.
