I've just uploaded Web Presence Plugin to CVS.  The idea is make yourself 
contactable by people who don't currently know you use IM or have you on 
their contact list, for example, if you're talking to clients via IM.

It periodically uploads a HTML or text file containing a summary of your 
online status to a URL of your choosing.  At the moment the HTML is dog ugly 
but brunes is going to have a look at making it neat.  

It's currently not set to compile - if you want it, add it to SUBDIRS in 
plugins/Makefile.am.
