-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi there, while reading this: http://www.microsoft.com/net/services/msn_messenger_connect.asp it's clear that there is surely a customer demand for IM services that a company which provides customer help over IM wants to control it's users and log the communications. Also, this would be helpful in digging into the information that gets passed back and forth through the communication, which can then be re-used in help databases. Now, my question is, is there anything that we at KDE can recommend to use when it comes to free software on the server side that allows to set up a server inside a company which also can give out accounts to customers (which is AFAI understand this article the way things go usually) ? And, can that be used with other IM's which are pretty standard on windows systems without adding a customer need to use another IM than they usually use ?
