hmm, i have thinked about this. and i don't see how to make this with the 
current XML format. 
We need to review it and i don't know if it is a good idea now. maybe we 
should wait more futures versions of Kopete


if we do : maybe:

 <meta-contact>
    <display-name>...</display-name>
    <groups>... </groups>

   <contacts>
      <contact protocol-id="MSNProtocol">
         <id>xxx@hotmail.com</id>
         <display-name>XXX</display-name>
	<!-- others info parsed by the KopeteContact (or the protocolContact) -->
     </contact>
   </contacts>
 
  <plugin-data plugin-id="TranslatorPlugin">fr</plugin-data>
  ......
  </meta-contact>
