Hooray for XML. I still, however, think that the offline contacts thing
is somewhat of a hack.
It looks like what we're going to do it no matter what, no matter how
fucking ridiculously hard and HACKY it is for Psi, so if we do, I throw
my vote in for making it strictly read-only while offline.
