Well, it takes more then just to know kbabel to translate a KDE application. 
Of course, there is no objection against translating something on your own, 
but if you want to follow the guidelines of the Dutch KDE, then you should 
also read the info on www.kde.org/international/nl/nl
and create a translation database, to keep consistent with the rest of KDE.

Besides, KBabel has a lot of configuration options, so to make sure that 
everyone uses the same style, we appreciate that all kbabel's used for Dutch 
translation have a similar setup.

After translating the file, if you like,  you can send it to me for 
proofreading etc..
