Hello, now I have 0.4 just sleeping and waiting for me to package it..
I want to remember everyone the vision of Kopete, and its philosphy so 
everyone of us can be aligned to the same objetive.

- a Child should be able to use it
- your mom should be able to use it
- Licq is the anti-Kopete, a geek icq
- My mom doesnt want to run a shell script at every received message
- We are a KDE app, a KDE app, and a KDE app
- If you need a geek feature, you should put them in a advanced cfg section
- Dont use geek words in the ui
- if the a feature is making the ui bloated, I prefer to not having it.
- an example of simplicity: GnomeICU ( although they are gnome )
- We can do simplicity and comply KDE GUI policies

After a release everyone is excited about adding tons of features ( freeze 
break), I hope everyone can follow these guidelines when adding a feature, 
and discuss it with all the team , may be other has a better solution.
