Log Message:
- Fix the user addition
- Add a small debug window (approved by Duncan and Andres to break the
  feature freeze with this one)
- PARTLY fix the contact moving.
  This would have worked completely if MSNContact::slotMoveThisUser()
  wasn't called twice instead of only once. If anyone has any idea why
  this slot is called two times in a row, please let me know, I can't
  find the cause.
