Well, ICQ right now uses server if the client send fails.
Then if the server send is ok, it sets a flag and will keep sending by server, 
until the contact object is deleted.

I dont see the need for a send through server checkbox too...
but I would like to hear more opinions..... ( dictatorship free day! :-) )
Arguments like "Mirabilis uses ... blah" are not valid.
