By now at least the MSN plugin should compile, and IIRC also ICQ and AIM. 
Jabber was broken, but I think Daniel fixed that this weekend. Yahoo and IRC 
I have no idea about. Edit kopete/protocols/Makefile and remove any broken 
plugins from SUBDIRS= to build whatever is ported succesfully now.
