Hmm... current CVS indeed is more stable and well structured. Maybe a 0.4 
release ain't bad. No stable API yet to build plugins again, but several 
steps in the right direction already and _many_ code cleanups and bug fixes.

Current state is indeed a worthy 0.4 snapshot, and with my intended reworking 
of the MSN protocol (more than the superfluous changes that I did until now) 
it might take time to stabilize again...
