Hello everyone,

My university's system wants to provide a bunch of profiles (with color=
scheme) to all the user. I could not create the same profiles or symbolic links under each user's ~/.kde/share/apps/konsole folder. I
need "--profile" to support filename with path, so I only need pu= t the
profiles in one place and write a script for the user to invoke whatever scheme they want.

So since what version "--profile" supports filename with path? Is= upgrading
konsole my only option? Thank you so much.

My current environment (Scientific Linux 6.2):
andradite-44 rc5.d>: konsole --version
Qt: 4.6.2
KDE: 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4)
Konsole: 2.3.3

Thank you very much.

I'm not sure about the exact version, but at least KDE 4.6.2 already su= pports that.

You can also put those profiles under /usr/share/apps/konsole/, then all us= ers should be able to see and use it through "--profile <name>&q= uot;

Jekyll
