So how does one implement a context menu for a KToolBarButton without 
inheriting KToolBarButton to implement contextMenuEvent (and inheriting
KRadioActions to use the new toolbar button to keep current code :-)?

Delayed PopupMenu looks silly and seems to interfere with KRadioAction.
