Shell process is not running anymore. You get a Konsole with the last output
of one or more (my record is four :-) sessions left in frame and session bar
but they are dead. Konsole itself allows to start new sessions & everything
else. Somehow some done signal from TEPty seems to get lost or is not sent?

Yes, using "Comment" but nowhere "Name" seems like strange design. :-)

This is since "1.183 Read default sesion file for first session as well."
