1. I don't see a Konsole version with functionality for a specific shell in
   future but perhaps someone wants to write a Bash Control Center module?

2. You can tell Konsole with parameter --type what session you want to start.

3. Something like user profiles are possible if the shell supports reading
   from different configuration files. You can define your own session types
   in $KDEDIR/share/apps/konsole by modifying/creating .desktop files.
