This is impossible since almost all the data types, classes and signals in
kdelibs and konqueror depend on Qt. You would have to rewrite EVERYTHING -
it may be easier to write a browser from scratch.

Try to find some embedded browser designed for gtk. I know no open source
one to be useable as an universal browser but some are enough for some
applications - maybe you don't need to access the Internet, just some
specially designed local pages.
