Hi Paul, how are you?

I'm trying to compile your konqe+flash snapshot, but i still have
problems.

I downloaded and unpacked it. I downloaded the KDELIBS but when i run
make -f Makefile.cvs to create the configure script i have this:

*** Creating Makefile templates
konq-embed/add-ons/kflashpart/Makefile.am:21:
libkflashpart_la_DEPENDENCIES was already defined in condition TRUE,
which implies condition KONQ_EMBEDDED_TRUE
  libkflashpart_la_DEPENDENCIES (User, where = 21) =
  {
    TRUE => flashlib/libflash.la
  }
konq-embed/add-ons/kflashpart/Makefile.am:21:
libkflashpart_la_DEPENDENCIES was already defined in condition TRUE,
which implies condition KONQ_EMBEDDED_FALSE
  libkflashpart_la_DEPENDENCIES (User, where = 21) =
  {
    TRUE => flashlib/libflash.la
    KONQ_EMBEDDED_TRUE => flashlib/libflash.la
  }
make[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

What does it mean? How can i fix that to compile the full package?

Many thanx again,

Paolo Scaffardi

For some pages khtml can perform incremental layout but for others it
won't.
In particular it won't render any block element which has not been
loaded
completely. It depends on how the HTML code of the page is written. You
have
no control over this behaviour.

Example: a <P> ... <IMG SRC="..."> ... </P> paragraph will not be laid
out
until the size of the image is known. If this paragraph is included in a
table it may may delay the rendering of the entire page until at least
the
header of the picture is read - shame on authors who don't include WIDTH
and
HEIGHT attributes.
