Please can you tell me the open bug report no. I can't seem to find 
anything similar and the title of this #29543, I feel is the best 
description of the bug.

Stephan, can we post a message to the relevant mailing lists to ask people 
to specify the original bug report before closing duplicates? It takes 
only a few seconds and should save alot of time for frustrated users who 
can't find the original.
