(NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I'm

Package: khtml
Version: 3.0 (KDE 2.0)
Severity: normal
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux)
OS: Linux 2.2.17 i686 (Debian Package 4:2.0-final-0)

Sometimes when a page is loading and I start reading it, the scroll wheel on my mouse \
will stop scrolling the webpage until I move the pointer outside the window and back \
inside it again.

This is especially odd because I'm using click-to-focus.
