I closed the window that contained the plugin view (although the plugin view 
was not seeming to be working at the time). The site was one of 
http://www.alltrue.com video feeds:

Go to alltrue.com, select "New Releases", hit any random video feed that 
takes your fancy, close the window, *crash*.

Repeatable for me anyway.
