When closing konqueror from the title bar and with Ctrl+q, it does not close
properly. It operates like a program that is running in the background but =
it
has no icon in the system tray, and any attempt to reopen it fails. The pro=
cess
has to be killed before it can be reopened normally.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open konqueror from the terminal,
2. close it,
3. try to reopen it.
