1. Bring up any page with an image, such as
http://www.comedycv.co.uk/mattparker/index.html
2. Right-click on the image, and pick "Save Image As..."

1. Bring up any webpage.
2. Pick "File|Save as..." from the menu.

Expected behavior: A file dialog pops up asking me where to save the file.
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.
