Konquerror: 4.10.2

1. Constantly requests to choose "where do we open the file".
2. When you try to unpack the archive using 7-zip, it gives an error:

3. How do I select the components that I need during the build?
I do not need a browser, only a file manager with the ability to restore
sessions.
