            Bug ID: 358914
Summary: stop button does not prevent page from loading
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: konq-bugs@kde.org
          Reporter: kavol@seznam.cz

Hitting the "Stop" button doesn't prevent the page from loading further
content.

In addition, it can be pressed only when loading happens, I haven't figured a
way how to signal "do not load any more content" when the page pretends it has
finished.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to dilbert.com, for example
2. once you have the opportunity, hit the "Stop" button

Actual Results:
even after "stopping", you will see the button flashing to indicate things
loading and more content appears on the page

Expected Results:
Konqueror stops the communication with the site, no more content appears on the
page
