The bookmark editor does not open for software like Konsole or KRDC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konsole or KRDC
2. In the menu, go to 'Bookmarks' > 'Edit Bookmarks'

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The Bookmark editor should open

It is possible to copy the bookmarks.xml file from an older version, and use
that. Only editing is impossible, unless directly editing the .xml file.
