On a german system the default language of Konqueror is english. I found no way
to change this the german. "Switch Application Language" doesn't support german
or any other language. The Repository of OpenSuse doesn't contain any extra
language either. 

Is it possible that there is no translation?

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
System default language should be konqueror default language.
