            Bug ID: 352634
Summary: expand or collapse all folders with one command
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: konq-bugs@kde.org
          Reporter: Nick_Levinson@yahoo.com

A consistent ability to expand or collapse all folders to and from the maximum
depth to expose or conceal all their contents with a single command would save
a user time. Right now, we can do so one folder at a time to expose or hide its
contents, using the unmodified right or left arrow key. Occasionally, the same
keying done once will expand/collapse to/from the maximum depth, but not always
even in the same session, and I don't know why this varies. All commands should
be available unless there is nothing in the current tab that can be expanded or
collapsed, so that if at the moment some folders are expanded and some are
collapsed a command will operate on all that are currently eligible. I did not
find a menu command for any of these operations. I experienced this while
performing an SFTP view of a website's directory/file structure on a remote
server while using Konqueror 4.14.8. Bug 122214 and bug 192971 may be related.
