Apparently SVG tags will kause konqueror to use up a lot of CPU, and never
render those SVGs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try this page: http://dive-share.appspot.com/dive/5738600293466112

Actual Results:  
SVG not rendered, high CPU usage forever.

Expected Results:  
SVG rendered, no CPU usage after rendering.

I am flagging it as major, since apparently SVG is completely broken.

Feel free to reduce severity.
