In Kubuntu 14.04 with KDE/Konqueror 4.14.2 the Help action in konqueroes menu
opens the Konqueror Handbook in KHelpcenter.
The error messages you provided are displayed in Yelp in a Gnome desktop
environment, right?
Do you have the application khelpcenter installed?
