Every time a different directory gets displayed in Konqueror, it leaves a
zombie in the process list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run '/usr/bin/konqueror --silent'
2. Change the displayed directory one or more times
3. perform 'ps ax' to see if zombies are present


Expected Results:  
No defunct processes left behind in the process list.
