This bug still exists in 4.14.3. It is not possilble to upload a file by drag
and drop it into the browser window from dolphin. This is a feature supported
by many modern web applications (and not limited to the application mentioned
in this bug here), but not possible to use with konqueror with KHTML engine.

When enabling the Webkit rendering engine in Konqueror, drag and drop file
upload works. But the Webkit engine is much more unstable in my case than
KHTML, so it would be useful to have this feature in KHTML engine as well.
