I have seen this problem also. If I imprort from SeaMonkey as html.  They
sometimes show up but only the actual name and url. The folder structure is
totally unavailable. My casenormally would be openSUSE 13.1 exported so I can
import it to my new openSUSE 13.2. Last export I did from 13.1 KDE 4.14.0 only
had on item with the url. Everything else was just the name of the bookmark.
