The pages Konqueror shows when navigating to bookmarks:/ and bookmarks:// are
different pages. In bookmarks://, the Places column is properly up-to-date with
all the places that display in other locations across KDE, such as in Dolphin
or Konqueror's sidebar. In bookmarks:/, some places are missing.
