I have this problem every day. In my case most if not all of the SSL
certificates that KDE complains about are from Google. I started noticing that
they are of the 128-bit RC4 certificates, like the one I am attaching to this
bug report.

My suspicion then is that KDE doesn't trust RC4 128-bit certificates, for some
reason.
