when using this site "http://utla.univ-pau.fr/" if I click on the following
link "Lien direct vers la réservation en ligne (activités de plein-air et
aquagym)" it displays incoorectly the page with stange caracters

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.http://utla.univ-pau.fr/
2. click on the following link "Lien direct vers la réservation en ligne
(activités de plein-air et aquagym)"
3.bad display
Actual Results:  
check with firefox

Expected Results:  
as rendred by firefox

same problem with rekonq but normal as I am using the same renderer "webkit"
but same problem with "khtml". Please liaise with rekonq developers as this is
the same bug.
