The option in konqueror configuration:
"Open in new tab instead from new window when the url is called outside
konqueror"
it does nt work, if in systemsettings we choosed as default browser "konqueror"
(in the "following browser" field)
If i choose "based on the content of the url" it works

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open konqueror configuration
2. Go to the General section on the left column
3. Check the box "Open as tab in the existing window when the url is called
from outside" and click on "Ok".
4. Go to system settings > default applications
5. Choose "Web Browser" on the left column
6. Choose the field 'to the following browser"
7. Choose konqueror from the "explorer" button or type konqueror
Actual Results:  
The urls called from outside konqueror are opened in new windows instead of new
tabs

Expected Results:  
open urls in new tabs in the current window

If i choose "in an application based on the content of the url" in Step 6, it
works fine.
