If using KHTML when opening Google search (for example) and try to enter any
word containung russian letter (л) one can see that this is not possible.

version 4.6.5 and earlier are free from that error.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open konqueror
2. open google.com
3. print any word with russian "л" or capital size "Л"
4 be confused
Actual Results:  
inpossibility to enter words with russian letter "л"

Expected Results:  
normal behaviour

in webkit mode all is OK (but webkit module has no web archiver plugin, for
example)
