For me it is a feature that I wish for years :) 
Who tried ancient but brilliant OS/2 workplace must agree me :)
May I repeat:

The places list in "save as" konqueror dialog MUST contain the list of ALL
OPENED KONQUEROR WINDOWS with localhost folder urls.

Just imagine it and enjoy ... In dreams.
