Just like how firefox had terrible image scaling, so does konqueror

This can be fixed by switching to lanczos (which chrome and firefox use) from
linear interpolation which is what konqueror seems to use

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
find a large image, preferably one with lots of sharp edges and downscale it
with konqueror
Actual Results:  
you get a very low quality downscale

Expected Results:  
given a high quality downscale
