Konqueror does not maintain more the link between the two main panels (tree and
content) and the panel of the console: if you change the directory from the
tree panel, the content is updated but there is no "cd" command in the console.

Dolphin keeps this behavior... in effect a little too much since for every "cd"
given in the console panel, the tree panel is updated.... This is an annoying
behavior for the ones (like me) that use a lot of simbolic links.


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: don't fix it like the new Dolphin.... i get back to
konqueror because the behavior of the latest Dolphin is very annoying when
there are simbolics links: the right direction is "Tree Panel to console" or
"Content panel to console", not "console to Tree Panel"....



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open konqueror in file manager mode
2. Configure it like an old-fashion three panel view: tree (non left), content
(on the center) and konsole (on the bottom)
3. Change directory selecting one in the tree view; you will see the content
changing but no "cd" command given in the console.
Actual Results:  
I see that there is no "cd" command in the console.

Expected Results:  
A "cd" command in the console that move my actual position to the one selected
in the tree panel.
