Summary: [testcase] form elements: box width size smaller than
                    widget size in some cases
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: aiacovitti@libero.it
          Hardware: Other

testcase

Incorrect box width size of khtml form input elements when:
.left+right padding >0 ,
.box-sizing: content-box ,
.width: %-specified
It is smaller than the correspondent widget width size (in effect boxWidth =
correctBoxWidth - paddingLeft - paddingRight).

Load the attached testcase and notice evidence of bug on the first input text
element; also notice how it is not possible to interact with the vertical
scrollbar of the textarea and the multiple select element.
