The tooltip shown in CDash pages has drawing errors.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://open.cdash.org/index.php?project=CMake
2. Put your mouse over an item in the "build name" column. You get a "tooltip"
thing with an arrow.
3. Slowly move out the mouse from that column. You see that the arrow
disappears later than the text box (which may be a bug by itself).
4. If you hover the same entry again the arrow will _not_ show up until you
hover out again and the textbox has already disappeared. Hovering another entry
will show the arrow for the first time there, too.



This is very likely the "qtip" js code included at the head of the page.
