During part of the kmail disaster, KDE 4.4 -> 4.9, I have used thunderbird for
mail. With KDE 4.9., I decided to switch back to kmail, so I told
systemsettings that I use kmail, and uninstalled thunderbird.

But clicking a mailto: link, konqueror sometimes try to launch thunderbird, and
fails.

Reproducible: Always
