I would say you got this right. Cause in gnome if we set the system proxy and
apply it system wide, it will set the proxy everywhere. You don`t need to set
separate proxies. I posted this as what i believe is that KDE is supposed to be
used by non computer professionals as well. So this thing should be taken care
of.
