Ahh... I do not see how this is a bug. The shortcut that is provided by default
ALWAYS opens Konqueror in web browser mode After all the command it uses is
"kfmclient openProfile webbrowsing". That has been the case in KDE 4.x since
Dolphin is now the default file manager application.

If you want a shortcut to open Konqueror in other profiles, then you have to
create your own separate shortcut or edit the existing shortcut and change the
afforementioned command entry.
