This upstream "bug" seems to be the issue for me (too). I had it with KDE
4.7.3, then with 4.8.0 too, on OpenSuse 12.1 64bit. 

Issue disappeared when I upgraded to Flash 11.2 Beta.

So if you experience any Konqueror crashes and you have Flash 11.1, 64 bit than
this is your issue.
