I too use ArchLinux :) However, I compile everything from source ; so I have
stock KDE releases. Still that does not explain any of the issues you
mentioned. Come to think of it I used to have font related problem in
ArchLinux, but it was so long ago I completely forgot what I did, if anything,
to fix the problem at the time. Do you use the systems' font anti-alaising
settings, ALT+F2 type "fonts" and in the system font configuration dialog "Use
anti-alaising:" is set to "System settings" ?

Creating a clean user just to test is always a good idea. Or you can also log
out of KDE, move/rename your .kde and log back in. You might also want to
either delete or rename the system wide font-cache directory (~/.fontconfig and
~/.fonts.conf) and see if that helps.

You should open a bug report for that. No matter what it should not crash.

That makes perfect sense since those actions come with the KPart Konqueror
embeds. In your case either khtml or kwebkitpart. Unless the part or its
plugins provide the appropriate action, there is no way the shortcut
configuration dialog can make it available for you to modify.
