this opens an empty pdf view in konqueror and only after refresh the content is
displayed

this happens also for other file formats like musica and video

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
usually it needs a refresh

Actual Results:  
empty view

Expected Results:  
play immediately

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc
