I tried now with openSuse 11.4, 64Bit, flashplayer 10.3, KDE 4.7RC2
At first, no youtube video worked, until I found that the plugin search path
list did not contain the 64bit directory /usr/lib64/browser-plugins
After adding, rescanning, restarting konqueror, I could watch a youtube video.

The mentioned golem page displays the flash video plugin, but when I click on
start to play, the nspluginviewer says:
